16x16 environment assets in a magical swamp theme.


This is my first project here. I will be adding more assets in the same theme. Feel free to share some ideas and feedback!

New assets daily (Mon-Fri)

Environment: 

  • 6  mushrooms
  • 5 crystals
  • 5 vines
  • 4 trees + 1 stump  + 1 rotten log
  • 3 bushes + 3 empty bushes
  • 5 rocks

Creatures:

  • Spirit guide (idle loop)
  • Floating toad (idle loop)
  • Crystal frog (blinking loop)

Tileset:

  • Grass 
  • Water

*Latest assets added are in bold (edited: May 23, 2025)


Usage:

You can:

  • Use the assets on personal or commercial projects.
  • Edit or modify the assets to fit your game.
  • I'm happy to receive credits and see you project :)

You cannot:

  • Use on Training/Generative AI.
  • Use on Crypto/NFT related project. 
  • Resell any of these assets, even modified
  • Claim the assets or the pack  as yours.

your color scheme is rad. in a good way, lol. a little familiar but not too much. and yes! two different outline options. this is just a guess: it really seems like this would work well for lighter and darker environments, which is super hard to do. 

my only quibble is with swirly there in the 3rd row, as the palette looks the same as its neighbors, and his cool shape is also muddied up. a color you haven't tried yet will perk him right up, i think.

not sure how to handle rotting log - but i've been reading about swamp lights lately, like fox fire. if you figured out even small ones of those, i think that would push this over the top into totally incredible. 

and a whole swamp of this? nice!

Thank you so much for your feedback, this is so helpful as I am really just starting and learning at the same time! I added the credits for the color palette I am using.

I'll try to apply some of the feedback and suggestions in the next push!
